Ingredients:
- 300g sushi rice
- 400ml water
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 200g fresh salmon
- Nori sheets
- Soy sauce for serving
Preparation:
- Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear, then cook it in 400ml of water.
- After cooking, add vinegar and sugar to the rice, mixing well.
- Slice the salmon into thin strips.
- On a nori sheet, spread a layer of rice, leaving the edges clear.
- Place the salmon on top of the rice, carefully roll it up, and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Miso Black Cod

Ingredients:
- 4 pieces of black cod fillet
- 1/2 cup white miso paste
- 1/4 cup mirin
- 1/4 cup sake
- 2 tablespoons sugar
Preparation:
- In a bowl, mix miso paste, mirin, sake, and sugar until smooth.
- Marinate the cod fillets in the mixture for at least 24 hours in the refrigerator.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and place the cod on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
