Salmon Sushi Rolls

Ingredients:

  • 300g sushi rice
  • 400ml water
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 200g fresh salmon
  • Nori sheets
  • Soy sauce for serving

Preparation:

  1. Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear, then cook it in 400ml of water.
  2. After cooking, add vinegar and sugar to the rice, mixing well.
  3. Slice the salmon into thin strips.
  4. On a nori sheet, spread a layer of rice, leaving the edges clear.
  5. Place the salmon on top of the rice, carefully roll it up, and cut into bite-sized pieces.

Miso Black Cod

Miso Black Cod

Ingredients:

  • 4 pieces of black cod fillet
  • 1/2 cup white miso paste
  • 1/4 cup mirin
  • 1/4 cup sake
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

Preparation:

  1. In a bowl, mix miso paste, mirin, sake, and sugar until smooth.
  2. Marinate the cod fillets in the mixture for at least 24 hours in the refrigerator.
  3. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and place the cod on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Serve with steamed rice and pickled vegetables.

Teriyaki Chicken

  • 500g chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
